Our plant is in Maoming, Guangdong — a major lychee-growing region in Guangdong.

Short harvest windows are extended with HPP and freezing, so seasonal flavor can be supplied year-round.
In-house HPP
HPP (high-pressure processing) is a non-thermal process — high pressure without heat treatment — that helps retain fresh taste and color. Equipment is owned and run in-house so quality and lead times stay under our control. Products are HPP-treated first, then frozen to lock in freshness (−18°C or below, about 12 months).
Brand & group
FOOD BOAT is the brand for our fruit and tea ingredient lines. The registered English legal entity name for EU/US contracts is available on request.
We also operate our own tea manufacturing for leaf tea and concentrate lines.
